Bluelight is a leading software consultancy dedicated to designing and developing innovative technology that enhances users' lives. We are looking for a skilled full-stack engineer to join our rapidly growing team in Lima, Peru.

You will own end-to-end development, collaborating with product managers and data engineering teams to deliver high-quality applications using Python, ReactJS, and PostgreSQL across complex financial reporting and data visualization projects.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in backend and full-stack development with Python.
• Strong frontend experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript and ReactJS.
• Experience with relational databases, data storage, and data access models.

Responsabilidades

• Full-Stack Ownership: architect, test, and ship end-to-end solutions.
• Optimization: refactor and improve maintainability and speed using Agile methods.

Technical Qualifications

• Backend: 5+ years of experience with Python (Flask, FastAPI, Django) and building complex, service-oriented server logic.
• Frontend: Modern JavaScript/TypeScript development utilizing ReactJS for scalable interactive web applications.
• Data Access: Heavy experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL), data storage systems, and advanced data-access models.

Core Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Ownership: Architect, test, and ship end-to-end full-stack software solutions to fulfill complex financial reporting and data visualization needs.
• Optimization: Refactor existing software continuously using Agile methodologies to improve overall maintainability and speed.
• Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data engineering teams to safely extract, parse, and serve multi-billion-dollar private asset analytics.
