CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager to grow and run its Retail Advisory practice. The role originates advisory mandates, leads market profiling, location analysis, and feasibility work, and translates findings into informed retail investment guidance.

The ideal candidate will lead cross‑functional teams, manage client relationships, and drive revenue through high‑quality advisory deliverables and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in real estate, consulting, brand expansion, marketing, research or mall/property development.
• At least 3 years leadership experience.
• Strong grasp of Philippine retail dynamics, consumer trends, and tenant/landlord economics.
• Skilled in market profiling, trade area analysis, and feasibility modeling.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and written communication skills.

SENIOR MANAGER, RETAIL ADVISORY

Reports to: Retail Director

Role Summary:

Grows and runs our Retail Advisory business, together with the Retail Director. S/he will originate and win advisory mandates from brands and developers, lead delivery of market profiling, location analysis, and feasibility work, and turn the findings into sound retail investment recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pipeline Development: Identify and prioritize advisory prospects among retail brands (local and international entrants) and developers / landlords needing market profiling, location analysis, and feasibility studies. Maintain a healthy, tracked pipeline and lead proposals through
• Client Engagement: Be a trusted advisor to expansion/development heads. Understand their strategy, scope the right study, and manage the relationship beyond a single engagement
• Deliverables Management: Own end-to‑to‑delivery of advisory work: scoping, timelines, quality and presentation – in coordination with internal and external partners. Review analyses and reports before they reach the client.
• Internal Coordination: Work with Research, Retail Leasing, Landlord Representation, Capital Markets, and other service lines to cross-sell and bring integrated solutions to clients
• Team Leadership: Coach and develop analysts and associates; set standards for rigor and storytelling

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, Marketing, Communication Research (or any related / relevant field)
• Experience in real estate, consulting, brand expansion, marketing, research or mall/property development
• At least 3 years experience in a leadership role
• Strong grasp of the Philippine retail dynamics, consumer trends, and tenant/landlord economics
• Skilled in market profiling, trade area/catchment analysis, and feasibility modeling
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and written comm skills
