Bluelightconsulting is seeking a skilled Full-Stack Software Developer to join a fast-growing team. You will contribute to challenging, meaningful projects, building high-quality applications and improving existing platforms.

The role offers remote work, flexible hours, and opportunities for professional growth. You will work across frontend and backend layers, leveraging Python (Django/Flask) and modern web frameworks, with a focus on scalable, maintainable code and automated CI tooling.

Formación

• Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years experience as a full-stack developer or similar role with open source technologies.
• Strong experience with Python.
• Comfort with full-stack development including backend, data storage and modern web frameworks.
• Experience creating and maintaining automated CI tools like Jenkins.
• Proclivity for refactoring and improving OO code through Agile methods.
• Strong fundamentals: OO design, data structures, tests, and algorithms.
• Experience in SaaS products and corporate environments is a plus.
• B2B financial services or asset management experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with developers, product owners, managers, and stakeholders to craft new features and improvements for our platform.
• Operate with a high degree of independence with guidance from senior technology leaders.
• Lead projects from concept through development, debugging, release and iteration.
• Build enterprise-level solutions ensuring scalability, maintainability, and supportability.
• Work with peers in an open, collaborative environment.
