Job summary

epunkt GmbH in Vienna is seeking a Senior Electronics Systems Engineer to shape electronic satellite systems from concept to customer coordination and engineering team collaboration.

The role includes defining architectures, requirements, and specifications, with international project contributions and presentations to partners and customers at conferences. International travel and on-site presence in Vienna are required.

Qualifications

• Completed technical degree in Electrical, Aerospace Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Preferably several years of experience in development and analysis of embedded systems.
• Strong knowledge of electronics, hardware/software systems, and systems engineering.
• Experience in space industry, GNSS/PNT, RF tech, or electronic payloads is a plus.
• Excellent analytical thinking and structured problem-solving approach.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and enthusiasm for international engagement.
• Willingness to travel internationally and to work on-site in Vienna at least three days per week.

In this role, you will help shape the next generation of electronic satellite systems - from technical concept development to coordination with customers and engineering teams.

Salary range
