Havas Perú is seeking a skilled analytics professional to act as the technical referent for marketing measurement across global markets. You will translate business needs into robust analytical solutions and guide implementation within established frameworks.

Responsibilities include modeling, deployment, and ensuring quality and privacy-first practices while collaborating with consultants, product, and data engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of analytics or measurement project experience.
• Hands-on work in MMM, attribution, or experimentation.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Knowledge of causal inference, time-series modeling, and regression analysis.
• Experience with media, CRM, or e-commerce datasets.
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal.
• Comfortable working in distributed, remote, cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• A strong technical background, ideally with experience in statistics, econometrics, marketing analytics, or media measurement.
• 3-5 years of experience working on analytics or measurement projects, with hands-on work in MMM, attribution, or experimentation.
• Proficiency in Python (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, statsmodels); SQL is required.
• Familiarity with causal inference, time-series modeling, and regression analysis.
• Experience working with media, CRM, or e-commerce datasets.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable working in distributed, remote, and cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with MMM libraries (e.g., Robyn, Meridian, LightweightMMM).
• Exposure to cloud environments (e.g., GCP, BigQuery).
• Understanding Martech ecosystem.
• Bayesian background.
