FullStack is actively seeking a Senior Computer Vision Engineer to work with U.S. clients on production-grade CV projects. You will design, train, and deploy models using Python, PyTorch, and OpenCV, and you will contribute to data pipelines and ML tooling in cloud environments.

You will join a fully remote, international team, collaborating in Agile/Scrum settings, and translating complex CV concepts into clear documentation for stakeholders. A four-year degree and strong English are required.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional CV/ML experience.
• Production-grade CV models deployment experience.
• Strong Python and ML framework skills (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Excellent English; ability to communicate with international clients.

The Opportunity

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or Computer Vision Engineer.


• Advanced English is required.


• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.


• Proven hands-on experience designing and deploying computer vision models in production environments.


• Expertise in image classification, object detection, segmentation, tracking, or pose estimation, with a solid understanding of CNNs, transformers, and hybrid models.


• Proficiency with Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, and vision libraries such as OpenCV, Detectron2, YOLO, or equivalent.


• Experience training, evaluating, and optimizing models for performance, accuracy, and scalability, including dataset curation, labeling strategies, data pipelines, and model evaluation metrics.


• Experience with GDAL, Rasterio, or similar image processing libraries.


• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git, SQL, AWS, or MLOps tools for production ML deployments.


• Experience identifying and troubleshooting issues throughout model development, testing, and deployment.


• Ability to translate complex machine learning and computer vision concepts to non-technical stakeholders and write clear documentation.


• Experience with plant phenotyping, digital agriculture, biological imaging, or related domains is a nice to have.


• Portuguese language skill is a plus.


• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.


• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.


• Forensic attention to detail.


• A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.


• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.


• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
