Job summary

CORE5 GROUP EIRL, a Peruvian accounting and back-office services provider for U.S. clients, seeks a bilingual Senior Accountant to lead the accounting function and elevate financial processes.

You will oversee monthly close, implement internal controls, automate reconciliations, manage QuickBooks Online and project costing, and deliver timely P&L and balance sheet reports for U.S. clients. Based in San Isidro.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and CPC licensure.
• 4–5 years of accounting experience.
• Strong command of US GAAP, IFRS, and Peruvian tax regulations.
• Proven track record of shortening the close cycle and automating reconciliations.
• Advanced QuickBooks Online and Excel skills.
• Advanced English.

• Drive financial transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Lead the accounting function, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and Peruvian tax regulations.
• Run the monthly close with the goal of making it faster, standardized, and reliable.
