BairesDev is seeking a Security Engineer (DevSecOps) to embed security into the software lifecycle and align development, operations, and security teams. You will help build secure pipelines and enforce policies across infrastructure and deployments.

The role emphasizes automating security checks, implementing policy as code with OPA, and safeguarding secrets in cloud-native environments while collaborating with a global, top 1% talent pool. This is a 100% remote opportunity with flexible hours.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience in Security Engineering, DevSecOps, or DevOps.
• Experience embedding security into CI/CD pipelines and automated workflows.
• Proficiency with security tooling integration such as Snyk, Trivy, or Aqua.
• Hands-on experience implementing Policy as Code using Open Policy Agent (OPA).
• Strong background in secrets management and securing containerized infrastructure.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
