We are looking for a Lead of RH in Peru with strong analytical skills and experience in growth through data-driven strategies. This position involves monitoring KPIs at both national and city levels, including competitive analysis, while providing strategic leadership in key cross-functional initiatives such as tariff launches, new schemes, bonuses, and partnerships. You will also coordinate business rhythm actions and take responsibility for budgeting and KPI planning in close collaboration with management.

• Monitoring Ride Hailing KPIs from both sides of the marketplace (national and city level, including competitive monitoring);
• Strategic leadership and project management;
• Leading key Ride Hailing cross-functional projects (new tariff launches, schemes, bonuses, partnerships);
• Development of a country network;
• Managing daily business rhythm actions (local calendars, event coordination);
• Responsible for regional budgeting with managerial support;
• Supporting KPI planning with management;
• Effective communication with stakeholders across departments, users, and international representatives;
• Partnering with functional areas (Product, Marketing, BD, Policy, Ops, Legal, Tax) to drive objectives;
• Providing product feedback;
• Aligning and monitoring central feature rollouts;
• Estimating risks from legal and regulatory perspectives and collaborating on mitigation strategies;
• Managing the team.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience (Ride Hailing/Delivery preferred, consulting, operations, etc.);
• Strong project management skills for handling multiple initiatives;
• Proficiency with analytics tools like Tableau, Looker Studio, or Power BI;
• Self-motivated with a proactive, structured problem-solving approach;
• Experience analyzing large datasets for operational improvements;
• Experience in ride-hailing, logistics, or mobility is a plus;
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher);
