About the Role

At Adaptive Equipment, we don’t just “push boxes.” We provide life-changing solutions. As our Retail Store Supervisor based at our Waterford West store, you will hold one of the most dynamic roles in our company.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead the HQ: Oversee daily operations of the Waterford West store, ensuring a professional, welcoming, and organized environment; generate quotes and invoices as required.
  • The Master of Inventory: Manage ordering, stock management, and centralized dispatching for our three‑store network.
  • Expert Consultation: Serve retail customers with an ethical, “do‑the‑right‑thing” approach; guide clients through significant purchases like recliners, scooters, and powered wheelchairs.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain deep trust with customers, healthcare providers, and the local community.
  • Process Improvement: Help refine HQ workflows as we grow and expand into wholesale.
Who You Are
  • An experienced leader with a background in retail management and experience running a profitable, efficient store.
  • Operationally savvy: A logistics brain, good computer skills, comfortable with stock software, inventory audits, and managing flow of goods.
  • Values-driven: Naturally empathetic and understands honesty is key in the mobility industry.
  • A multi-tasker: Able to pivot from helping a client find a bed to lifting items and coordinating dispatch runs without missing a beat.
