Talan Group is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer in Lima, Peru. You'll design and maintain scalable enterprise applications and leverage AI tools throughout the software development lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience, strong backend skills with Java and Spring Boot, and good communication abilities in both Spanish and English. This is a remote position with full-time freelance contract.

Formación

• 5+ years as a Full Stack Developer / Software Engineer, backend‑oriented preferred.
• Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Hands‑on experience using AI‑powered development tools.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise‑grade applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements.
• Participate in CI/CD processes and production support.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering culture.
