FullStack is seeking a QA Automation Engineer Lead to join our remote team delivering project-based development work for US clients. You will integrate into client teams and help shape automation strategies from day one.

You should have 5+ years of QA automation, 3+ years in technical leadership, strong Playwright and JavaScript skills, and experience testing RESTful APIs. This role offers 100% remote work, competitive pay, and growth opportunities.

• 5+ years of professional QA automation experience.
• 3+ years in technical leadership influencing architecture and engineering direction.
• Advanced English required.
• Four-year college degree required.
• Hands-on Playwright web test automation.

• Experience establishing automated testing frameworks and standards.
• API automation and integration testing experience.
• Strong ownership and problem-solving in Agile/Scrum environments.

• You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional quality assurance and automation testing experience.
• 3+ years of experience in technical leadership influencing architecture and engineering direction.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright for web test automation.
• Practical experience working with JavaScript for automation scripting.
• Solid background testing and validating RESTful APIs and handling JSON payloads.
• Strong history of establishing automated testing strategies, frameworks, and quality standards.
• Demonstrated experience in API automation and integration testing.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
