About the Role

Perfect for an experienced Property Manager ready to step into a Senior or Team Leader–style position.

You’ll manage your own portfolio while helping shape processes, elevate service delivery, and support the business through its next phase of growth.

What You’ll Do

• Manage a growing residential portfolio end-to-end
• Build and refine processes, procedures, and workflows
• Deliver exceptional, high-touch service to landlords & tenants
• Support leasing, routines & inspections (outsourcing available)
• Assist with appraisals and new business growth
• Represent the brand with professionalism and confidence

This role can be shaped around the right person — ideal for a strong Senior PM or someone ready to step up.

About You

• 3+ years in residential Property Management
• Confident managing a portfolio independently
• Professional, articulate, and service-driven
• Natural leadership qualities and a proactive mindset
• Enjoys ownership, accountability, and building something meaningful
• Holds a current QLD Certificate of Registration or Licence
