Schindler Saudi Arabia is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex elevator and escalator projects in Jeddah. You will develop project plans, coordinate scheduling, resources, and quality control, ensuring on-time delivery and safety compliance.

The role requires a university degree in Engineering and several years of installing and leading teams in E&E or construction. We expect strong IT skills and a proactive leadership approach.

Formación

• University degree in Technical, Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Experience in installations and leading teams in E&E or construction industries (min 3 years).
• Strong planning, organization, and IT skills with safety awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Develop comprehensive project management plan including scheduling, resource and capacity planning and quality assurance.
• Manage project tasks to meet objectives on time and within budget, ensuring quality, safety and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders, especially the customer representatives.
• Sell variation orders timely to reach financial objectives.
• Manage from award to handover following project processes and deliverables.
• Lead the project team and assign responsibilities.
• Attract, retain and develop employees to meet current project needs.

• Develop comprehensive project management plan including scheduling, resource - and capacity planning and quality assurance.
• Manage project related tasks to achieve the project objectives on time and within the cost target by strictly enforcing quality, safety, and customer satisfaction throughout the entire duration of the project.
• Assure effective project management, smooth and timely communication with all parties involved, in particular with the representatives of the customer.
• Sell variation orders timely to reach financial objectives.
• Follow the process-oriented Project Management from award until handover including all statutory requirements and deliverables.
• Lead the project team and assign adequate authorities and responsibilities.
• Attract, retain and develop employees to meet current project needs.

Mobility needs you

• Desired completed university education in Technical, Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Desired Organization and Planning skills, elevator and escalator industry knowledge, product, field, safety procedures knowledge, IT skills. Schindler Leadership Framework behaviors required.
• Desired experience in installations and leading teams in E&E or construction industries for at least three years.
