Mondelēz International in Lima is seeking a Process Excellence professional to maintain CI systems, collect and validate data, and monitor department KPI scorecards to drive continuous improvement.
You will train teams on CI tools and the DMS, facilitate root-cause analysis, lead quality and TPM initiatives, and implement new standards in our manufacturing operations.
You play an important role in the department, maintaining systems and performing tasks and activities that support our continuous improvement (CI) processes and culture. You help with data collection, ensure its accuracy, promote CI progress and keep track of the department KPI scorecards.

Responsible for the implementation of the Manufacturing Standards Operational Excellence project in Lima plant and support to co-manufacturers, to achieve Zero Defects and capture consumer preference in our brands. Key support for defect reduction in plant and project management by quality. Responsible for eliminating quality losses due to defects and providing capability to staff.
