FullStack is seeking a Principal Data Engineer to join its remote talent network and connect with U.S. clients for flexible, project-based development work.

You will design, build, and scale large distributed data systems, lead critical engineering initiatives, mentor teammates, and own system design end-to-end. Advanced English is required and a four-year degree is mandatory; you will work 100% remotely with opportunities to collaborate with startups and Fortune 500 companies.

Formación

• 7+ years of professional software or data engineering experience.
• Advanced English required for fluent communication.
• Four-year college degree is required.
• Experience building and scaling large distributed data systems in production.
• Strong generalist with focus on architecture and systems design.
• Proven ability to anchor technical initiatives and mentor teammates.
• Experience designing and optimizing backend data structures and pipelines (SQL/NoSQL).
• Hands-on cloud infrastructure experience and production data workflows.
• Able to communicate system designs and align with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, ownership-minded, and Agile/Scrum oriented.
