A leading global mining solutions provider is seeking a skilled Press Operator for their facility in Lima, Peru. This role involves performing rubber liner pressing, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and collaborating with Quality Control and Maintenance teams. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of relevant experience and a high school diploma, with opportunities for professional development and a commitment to a safety-first culture.

Formación

• At least 1 year of experience as a Press Operator.
• Knowledge of liner models to be pressed and rubber milling/lamination.
• Employment certificate in a similar role.

Responsabilidades

• Perform all press activities as required by the area lead.
• Laminate rubber on the mill and prepare mixes.
• Maintain a safe work environment and comply with health and safety standards.

Conocimientos

Ability to read and interpret 2D/3D drawings

Knowledge of materials, metrology, calculations, and quality control

Effective teamwork

Ability to handle multiple tasks and tight deadlines

Educación

High school diploma

Herramientas

Power tools (grinder, angle grinder, etc.)
