About the Opportunity

We are seeking a PMO Officer to join our Transformation Office at Osborne, SA. In this role, you will provide essential PMO support services across ASC’s Strategic Transformation Programs and Projects. You’ll work closely with program leadership, delivery teams, IT, vendors, and partners to ensure governance, reporting, and risk management are executed to the highest standards. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to complex, high-impact programs that shape ASC’s future.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PMO governance, processes, and program support aligned with ASC’s Transformation Office Delivery Framework.
• Prepare and manage program documentation, including management plans, risk registers, and reporting artefacts.
• Support governance reporting for steering committees and ASC Board updates.
• Provide tools and process support, including SharePoint and Jira administration.
• Assist with procurement, IT coordination, and audit activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within PMO processes.

About you

• Experience in project support, PMO, or project administration roles.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with SharePoint and Jira desirable.
• Knowledge of project governance, reporting, and risk management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Initiative-driven, collaborative, and customer-focused mindset.
• Exposure to large-scale transformation programs or Defence industry is advantageous.

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
