Edge is seeking a Remote Personal Lines Specialist in Lima, Peru, to support day-to-day insurance operations, including policy administration, quotes, renewals, and COIs. The role requires strong organization, detail-orientation, and experience with multiple carrier platforms.

Ideal candidates will handle back-end tasks, payments, and customer communications, while working Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM PST, from a remote setting in Peru.

Responsabilidades

• Handle day-to-day personal lines administrative and back-end tasks.
• Process payments, policy changes, renewals, cancellations, and other policy-related requests.
• Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently.
• Prepare and process Certificates of Insurance (COIs).
• Maintain accurate and organized client and policy records.
• Support policy servicing activities and ensure documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Prepare insurance quotes and compare coverage options across multiple carrier platforms.
• Communicate professionally with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
• Follow established procedures and maintain accuracy when handling sensitive policy and customer information.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Personal Lines Specialist to support day-to-day insurance operations, including policy administration, customer service, renewals, cancellations, payments, Certificates of Insurance (COIs), and insurance quoting.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with administrative tasks, and experienced working across multiple insurance carrier platforms.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day personal lines administrative and back-end tasks.
• Process payments, policy changes, renewals, cancellations, and other policy-related requests.
• Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently.

Hands-on experience quoting across multiple insurance carrier platforms is strongly preferred, including:

• Liberty
• Safeco
• Nationwide
• Granwest

Requirements

• Candidate must live in Lima, Peru
• Previous experience in Personal Lines Insurance.
• Experience with insurance quoting and policy administration.
• Comfortable handling back-end administrative work and repetitive, detail-oriented tasks.
• Experience processing renewals, cancellations, payments, and COIs.
• Strong phone and customer service skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfortable working Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST.
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems and carrier platforms.

Ideal Candidate

They should be reliable, organized, and comfortable managing multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
