Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Media Project Manager to own delivery of PPC, SEO and paid media programs for US clients. You will manage campaign launches, roadmaps, reporting and the client relationship, keeping projects on time and on budget.

You will coordinate PPC and SEO strategists, writers and designers, maintain clear client communications, and flag risks early to drive work to completion in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing marketing projects or accounts, ideally in a digital agency.
• Hands-on familiarity with PPC (Google Ads, Meta Ads) or SEO programs.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; calm under deadlines.
• Comfort with PM tooling such as ClickUp, Asana, or Jira.

• Own project plans, timelines and budgets from kickoff to delivery.
