Infosys is seeking an experienced Onsite Program Manager for Core Banking Transformation. Lead large-scale transformation programs, manage stakeholders and deliver core banking solutions across business and technology teams.

Role requires extensive banking domain expertise, experience with core banking platforms, cloud transformation, data migration and testing. Strong executive communication and change management skills are essential.

Position Title: Onsite Program Manager – Core Banking Transformation

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Onsite Program Manager with a strong background in Core Banking Implementations, Core Banking Modernization, and Banking Transformation Programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading large-scale banking transformation initiatives, managing multiple stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of core banking solutions across business and technology teams.

The role requires extensive experience working with banks, core banking platforms and managing end-to-end implementation programs including migration, integration, testing, deployment, and post-production stabilization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Core Banking implementation and transformation programs.
• Act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders, business teams, technology teams, and vendors.
• Drive program governance, planning, execution, risk management, and reporting.
• Manage multi-vendor engagement and coordinate offshore and onsite delivery teams.
• Oversee requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, data migration, integration, testing, and go-live activities.
• Establish and track program KPIs, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Identify and mitigate program risks, issues, and escalations proactively.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings and provide executive-level status updates.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards, and audit requirements.
• Support organizational change management, user adoption, and business readiness activities.
• Drive successful production rollout and post-implementation stabilization.

Required Skills & Experience

Banking Domain Expertise

• Strong understanding of Core Banking operations, processes, and with Acumen on regional Regulatory Reporting.

Program Management

• Proven experience delivering Core Banking implementation or transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management capabilities.

Technical Understanding

• Experience with:
• Core Banking Platforms
• Cloud transformation initiatives (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Data migration and reconciliation
• Digital Banking ecosystems

Leadership Skills

• Strong client-facing and executive communication skills.
• Ability to manage geographically distributed teams.
• Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
• Experience handling executive escalations and driving resolution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Engineering, or master’s degree in business, Finance, or Technology.
• PMP / PgMP / Prince2 certification is an added advantage.
• Agile certifications (SAFe, Scrum Master, PMI-ACP) are added advantages.
• Banking certification or relevant industry experience.
