About the Role

We are currently seeking highly motivated and dedicated Nurse Practitioners to join our team in the Greater San Diego Area. We have both full-time and part-time positions available for outpatient Adult clinics. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality healthcare services to the Geriatric population.

Responsibilities

• Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Nurse Practitioner (NP).
• Play a pivotal role in providing patient-centered care, conducting assessments, diagnosing illnesses, and implementing treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance the overall health of our diverse geriatric patient population.
• Engage in preventive care, manage chronic conditions, and foster a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• Education: Master of Science in Nursing
• Years of Experience: 2

Required Skills

• Nurse Practitioner License in the state of CA.
• Must have proof of Covid vaccination.
• Minimum of 2 (two) years working in a community clinic and/or Managed Care System as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish, Arabic, or other) preferred.

Pay range and compensation package

Salary $126,000 - $190,000 + Benefits
