Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee IT solutions (apps and programs) from start to finish.
• Develop project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure program objectives are met.
• Monitor program progress and make adjustments as needed.
• Prepare and present program status reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure all program deliverables adhere to IT standards and best practices.
• Lead and develop team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in IT, specifically within app development for financial services, payment platforms, and digital wallets.
• Experience in global companies is highly valued.
• 2–3 years of experience leading teams.
• Advanced English level (B2–C1 equivalent).
• Desirable Skills: Programming knowledge, Salesforce management, Experience in app integration with banks, Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum preferred), Budget management skills.
• Key Competencies: Flexibility, Hands‑on Leadership, Communication, Adaptability, Problem Solving, and Innovation.
