Fattoush Bayside is a new and exciting restaurant soon the be launched in the heart of the Redcliffe Peninsula right on the waterfront.
Our inspiration has come from travelling the world and experiencing flavorsome and exciting charcoal inspired dishes that have stood the test of time globally, from Asia to the middle east to Europe charcoal has been a main cooking staple that has stood the test of time due to its flavor and versatility, we aim to deliver global charcoal favorites to the Redcliffe community also encompassing a vast array of healthy salads and dips from around the globe in a relaxed and vibrant sports Bar type locality

Our Restaurant Manager will be answerable to the Directors of the business and will lead all aspects of our business. You will deliver our vibrant and exciting high-quality menu and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service.
The successful applicant should also have entrepreneurial flair to think outside the box and be willing to try new things to create something truly unique rather than your run of the mill restaurant with a menu that never changes, there is so much we can do with charcoal and our Manager will be required to develop marketing plans and ideas to create excitement for the community
The Successful Restaurant Manager’s responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need management skills and experience in both front and back of the house. We want you to know how to oversee the dining room, check-in with customers and balance seating capacity.
Back of the house management experience is also essential, as you’ll work with our current and also hire qualified Cooks and Wait Staff, set work schedules, oversee food prep, sign off on ordering procedures and make sure we comply with health and safety restaurant regulations.
We’ll expect you to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have pleasant dining experiences.
