Modinity Group in Peru is seeking a proactive livestream host to lead live shopping sessions across major platforms. You will collaborate with creative and marketing teams to plan, launch, and monitor daily broadcasts, from pre-stream setup to post-stream analysis.

The role emphasizes driving engagement and sales with strong on-camera presence, product knowledge, and ability to respond quickly to viewer comments. Weekend availability and campaign periods are expected.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary face and voice for live shopping sessions across key social media and e-commerce platforms, driving product enthusiasm and viewer interaction.
• Coordinate, schedule, and oversee freelance co-hosts to ensure seamless calendar coverage for all planned broadcasts
• Partner directly with the Creative and Brand Marketing teams to plan, launch, and monitor daily live sessions from pre-stream setup to post-stream analysis.
• Track, analyze, and report key livestream metrics—such as sales, viewership, and engagement—translating data into actionable insights for future sessions.
• Oversee physical studio setup, manage product samples, and ensure all features and props are prepared prior to going live.

Requirements:

• Female, Minimum 1 year of experience as a livestream host, preferably in fashion, beauty, or e-commerce .
• Experienced in hosting on TikTok Shop and/or Shopee Live .
• Confident and comfortable speaking in front of a camera .
• Strong communication, presentation, and selling skills .
• Able to engage with viewers and respond to comments naturally and quickly .
• Good understanding of marketplace features, promotions, vouchers, flash sales, and checkout flow .
• Good product knowledge and ability to explain product details clearly.
• Able to drive engagement and conversion during livestream sessions.
• Well-groomed with a professional appearance and suitable for the brand image .
• Able to work according to livestream schedules, including weekends and campaign periods .
• Able to work under sales targets and performance KPIs .
• Fashion/lifestyle interest and experience with fashion brands is a plus.
