With established delivery schedules and strong, consistent program demand secured for 2026 and beyond, we are seeking an experienced Hospitality Trainer & Assessor to join our Brisbane or Gold Coast delivery team.

About the Role

You will deliver school-based Certificate II and III in Hospitality programs, working closely with students, schools, and industry partners. This role requires delivery of RSA and RSG and regular travel to schools across Brisbane and the Gold Coast, with some regional and intrastate travel required.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training and assessment to secondary school students
• Deliver RSA and RSG in line with regulatory requirements
• Maintain training, assessment, and compliance documentation
• Build strong relationships with schools and stakeholders
• Travel locally and across Queensland as required

About You

• TAE40116 or TAE40122 (or higher adult education qualification)
• Relevant hospitality qualifications and current RSA & RSG (mandatory)
• Minimum 2–5 years’ hospitality industry experience (front-of-house focus)
• Strong communication, organisation, digital capability and time-management skills
• Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable vehicle and current driver’s licence
