B Capital is seeking a Mobility Specialist to join their Onboarding and Mobility team. This role is critical for guiding clients through immigration compliance processes and requires proven experience in immigration compliance and a strong interest in global immigration laws. The position offers flexible working hours, a dynamic work atmosphere, and the chance to work remotely. Candidates must be fluent in English and possess excellent communication skills. Formación

• Experience in immigration compliance, especially immigration-related roles.
• Ability to engage effectively with diverse client bases.
• Strong interest in global immigration laws and remote work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide legal and strategic guidance on immigration compliance.
• Monitor and control immigration compliance for Remote products.
• Strengthen relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Analyze and submit visa/work permit applications.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with immigration law changes.

Conocimientos

Proven experience in immigration compliance

Understanding of immigration procedures

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrated customer-facing experience

Fluent in English
