Position: FX Country Manager
Location: Remote within Peru
Employment Type: Full-time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Formulate and execute market strategies that support wider regional or organizational objectives.
  • Seek out and develop new business opportunities to increase client acquisition and reinforce partner networks.
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team, establishing clear performance goals and measurable KPIs.
  • Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with partners, affiliates, and key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with cross-functional departments (such as Product, Marketing, and Compliance) to design and roll out customized campaigns and initiatives.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators including revenue growth, client engagement, and partner participation.
  • Maintain precise and current CRM system data and reporting tools.
  • Represent the company at local events, conferences, and industry forums to boost brand visibility and strengthen partnerships.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native or fluent Spanish and English proficiency (C1 level), both written and spoken.
  • 6 to 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships.
  • Proven success in managing partner networks or affiliates at a regional or international level.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills managing small to medium commercial teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on achieving KPIs and delivering results.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
