Metrodata Group in Jakarta seeks a Senior Functional Consultant to lead end-to-end software implementations and build solutions aligned with clients' business processes. You will manage projects, guide junior team members, deliver trainings, and ensure quality across the implementation lifecycle.

The role requires strong project leadership, client interaction, and deep understanding of business processes within various industries.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in any major depends on the software application.
• Min. 7years experience in application system implementation.
• Involve in min. 10 full cycle projects.
• Min. 3 times experienced as team leader.
• Min. have 2times experienced as project manager.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate, identify, and give recommendation regarding customer's application to provide the appropriate business solution; compose it into a business proposal and conduct demos.
• Act as project manager and lead project team in planning, designing, and monitoring during software implementation process.
• Direct contact with customer to provide solutions to problems after implementation and explore additional development opportunities.
• Act as a training instructor/coach for customers in learning, understanding, and operation of the implemented software application in basic and advanced trainings.
• Maintain and develop knowledge of specific application system technology.
• Act as technical advisor for team projects and as a solution reference for customer problems.
• Responsible for controlling the quality of project activities.
• Master change management principles to ensure successful IT implementations and/or IT blueprint.

Responsiblein providing solutions to customers in all phases of implementation regarding to implementation methodology, including detailed design, training, and implemetation. Demonstrate deepunderstanding of the customer's business process and provide simple or incomplex solutionaccording to assigned industry and software application.

Work closely with sales team and principals in order to support the achievement of sales target for software application, implementation service, and training service. Responsible in providing guidance to junior colleagues regarding to daily tasks.

• Bachelor degree in any major depends on the software application (e.g. accounting, psychology, science, business adm, industrial engineering, etc)

• Master software business process and has several industrial skill/ knowledge
