Job summary

At BairesDev, a global software engineering company, we seek a Fullstack Python + React Engineer for our enterprise AI assistant used by thousands across HR, IT and Finance. You will own features end to end, the API, logic, and the UI people interact with. Prior LLM work is a plus but not required.

You’ll build Python services powering core logic and frontend features in React with TypeScript, balancing roughly 70/30 backend/frontend. This is 100% remote with competitive USD compensation.

Fullstack Python + React Engineer at BairesDev

In this role, you'll join the engineering team behind an enterprise AI assistant used daily by thousands of employees across HR, IT, and Finance workflows. You'll own features end to end, the API, the logic behind it, and the interface people actually talk to. Prior LLM work is a plus, not a requirement. What matters most is that you're genuinely comfortable on both sides of the stack.
