Job summary
FullStack is seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer (Java + React) to join our talent network for flexible, project-based work with U.S. clients.
You will integrate into client teams, collaborate with existing designers and engineers daily, and contribute across backend and frontend development. We require 3+ years of professional experience, a four-year degree, and strong Java backend with Spring Boot; React/TypeScript is a plus.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Advanced English is required.
- Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
- Strong experience developing production applications using Java.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot for backend application and service development.
- Proven experience working with Hibernate and object-relational mapping.
- Solid experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including SQL queries, database design, and data management.
- Experience designing and developing reliable backend services and APIs.
- Knowledgeable in React, and TypeScript is a plus.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, software design principles, and clean, maintainable code.
- Practical experience troubleshooting, debugging, testing, and maintaining production applications.
- Experience with JPA, and JSF is a nice to have.
- Comfortable collaborating with other engineers and contributing across backend and full-stack development when required.
- Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
- Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
- Forensic attention to detail.
- A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
- Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
- Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
- Ability to take extreme ownership over your work.
Responsibilities
- Develop production-grade applications using Java backend and React frontend.
- Collaborate with designers, product and other engineers on daily basis.
- Ensure robust APIs, scalable services and clean, maintainable code.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated tests.
