BairesDev is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer (React/PHP) for 100% remote work. You will build a modern frontend with React and enhance a monolithic, multi-tenant platform using PHP/Laravel endpoints.

You’ll transform legacy UI into reusable components while ensuring visual consistency across tenants. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of software development, strong React, TS/JS, Tailwind, REST APIs, and relational database experience, plus excellent English.

Formación

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in React.
• Solid JavaScript/TypeScript skills, including state management with Context, Redux, or similar.
• Hands-on coding experience with PHP/Laravel, not read-only.
• Experience with Tailwind.
• Experience consuming REST APIs and understanding backend contract design.
• Background with relational databases and data modeling.
• Experience with incremental modernization of legacy server-rendered UI.
• Comfort with Git-based workflows, including branching, PRs, and code review.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

Full Stack Developer (React/PHP) at BairesDev
In this role, you'll develop a modern, component-based frontend for a monolithic, multi-tenant platform serving tens of white-labeled bank instances. Since the platform is monolithic, you'll write PHP/Laravel endpoints and fix existing codebase bugs whenever frontend work calls for it. This is your opportunity to write production code across the stack, modernizing legacy server-rendered UI into reusable React components while keeping dozens of white-labeled tenants visually consistent.
