We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Assistant to join the back office team of our client, a technology company ranked in the top 10 worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Recording and processing collections.
• Daily bank reconciliation.
• Monitoring past due and upcoming accounts receivable.
• Issuing credit notes, letters, and notifications.
• Document control and coordination with the sales department.
• Preparing accounts receivable reports and key performance indicators.

Requirements

• Technical/University degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
• Proficiency in SAP (ideally SAP B1), advanced Excel, and banking platforms.
• Advanced English proficiency (fluent conversations and excellent grammar).
• Organized, analytical, and able to work under pressure.
