This is a newly shaped opportunity within a high‑performing, asset‑intensive ASX‑listed organisation with an integrated supply chain and long‑tenured leadership team. The role has been deliberately redesigned to focus on enterprise modelling, analytics, and planning, rather than pure tool development.

You’ll sit at the intersection of finance, operations, and technology — partnering with senior stakeholders to design planning models that genuinely reflect how the business runs. With multiple enterprise initiatives underway, this role offers rare exposure across workforce, capex, operational, and financial planning as the organisation modernises its planning landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and evolve enterprise planning and forecasting models end‑to‑end
• Translate complex business processes into scalable, intuitive planning solutions
• Partner with finance and operational teams to embed key drivers and KPIs
• Support and enhance integrated financial and operational planning frameworks
• Contribute to major system initiatives across planning, HR, and core platforms

About You

• Proven experience in EPM, financial modelling, or enterprise planning environments (such as TM1, Anaplan, Adaptive etc)
• A genuine passion for modelling, analytics, and understanding how businesses work
• A planning‑first mindset — focused on drivers, optimisation, and decision support
• Comfortable engaging cross‑functionally and owning your domain
• Ambitious to grow your career, learn new platforms, and deepen your expertise
