You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize processes and maintain production readiness. The role requires commercial/technical training, experience in purchasing/logistics, and strong MS Office/ERP abilities.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial or technical training.
• Experience in purchasing, logistics or freight forwarding ideal.
• Knowledge of merchandise management and scheduling is advantageous.
• Very good MS Office skills.

The binca manufaktur in Perschling - just outside the Lower Austrian capital of St. Pölten - is Austria's largest and most modern fresh fish processing and refining factory. binca manufaktur supplies customers from food retail and wholesale, gastronomy and industry. YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO OUR SUCCESS:

• Supply chain management is not a foreign concept to you.
• You take care of orders and monitor raw materials, materials and packaging, as well as delivery quantities and dates.
• You plan and coordinate resources to ensure that everything runs smoothly and that raw materials, materials and packaging are used optimally.
• You monitor stock levels to ensure that everything is ready for production.
• You organise transport efficiently to deliver our products on time.
• You work closely with other departments and external partners to ensure that processes run seamlessly.
• Preparing master data (prices, article data, etc.) and general administrative and organisational tasks (invoice control, complaint management) are also part of your responsibilities.

THESE ARE THE SKILLS THAT SET YOU APART:

• Completed commercial or technical training

The minimum salary for this position under the collective agreement is EUR 2,811,52 gross per month (38.5 hours/week). The actual remuneration is based on qualifications and experience and will be determined in a joint discussion.
