A disability service provider based in Peru, Loreto, is seeking an Experienced Office & Operations Manager to oversee its operations and ensure effective service delivery. This leadership role requires experience in office management, strong organisational and communication skills, and a commitment to compliance. Candidates will be expected to maintain records, support staff and clients, and contribute to organisational growth. This position offers a competitive salary of $75,000 – $90,000, with potential for performance-based bonuses.

This senior role oversees office systems, administration, compliance, documentation, communication and team support to ensure safe, efficient and professional service delivery.
This is a Monday to Friday position, standard business hours (approximately 9:00am – 5:00pm) with some flexibility as required.
$75,000 – $90,000 + Superannuation (Part-time option available – pro-rata)
A structured performance-based bonus may be offered, linked to compliance, leadership, documentation quality and operational outcomes.
