About the Role

This senior role oversees office systems, administration, compliance, documentation, communication and team support to ensure safe, efficient and professional service delivery.

This is a Monday to Friday position, standard business hours (approximately 9:00am – 5:00pm) with some flexibility as required.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead office and operational functions to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Establish structure, systems and organised workflows
  • Maintain compliant records and accurate documentation
  • Ensure incident reporting and governance processes are followed
  • Support rostering coordination and payroll administration
  • Coordinate and support staff, clients, families and carers, ensuring strong communication, smooth service delivery and responsive assistance when issues arise
  • Contribute to quality improvement and organisational growth
About You
  • Strong office / operations leadership experience (NDIS, health, disability or community sector highly desirable)
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with the ability to lead and support teams
  • Understanding of compliance, risk management and documentation standards
  • Reliable, accountable and committed to high-quality service delivery
Compliance Requirements
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • National Police Check
  • Current First Aid & CPR (preferred)
  • Valid Driver’s Licence (preferred)
  • Right to Work in Australia (citizens, PR, or valid working visa)
Salary

$75,000 – $90,000 + Superannuation (Part-time option available – pro-rata)

Performance Bonus

A structured performance-based bonus may be offered, linked to compliance, leadership, documentation quality and operational outcomes.
