Hitachi Rail STS S.P.A. is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Site Supervisor for a San Isidro, Lima project in Peru.

The role involves supporting the Construction Manager during startup activities and coordinating interfaces between electro-mechanical installations and civil works. You will ensure the realization of electro-mechanical systems, monitor quality, and liaise with customers, authorities, contractors, and subcontractors on site.

Formación

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
• 5-8 years of electro-mechanical project experience.
• Fluent Knowledge of English.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Construction Manager during startup activities and handover.
• Manage interfaces between electro-mechanical installations and Civil Work.
• Ensure realization of Electro-Mechanical systems for the project.
• Check quality of works against designs and specs.
• Ensure compliance with construction planning and schedules.
• Liaise with Customers/Authorities/Contractors/Subcontractors for site handover.
• Ensure on-site compliance with the HSE Management plan.
• Assist in optimization of subcontractor resources.
