Deel is hiring a DevOps Engineer to join our global platform. You will automate deployments, improve reliability, and scale our SaaS infrastructure across AWS, Kubernetes, and related services.

You'll own CI/CD pipelines, IaC tools, monitoring, and incident response, partnering with product and engineering teams. The role offers a hybrid work setup and the chance to influence a leading payroll/HR platform used in 150+ countries.

• 5+ years of DevOps experience in production environments.
• Strong Docker and Kubernetes expertise.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Drone, Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Solid AWS knowledge and experience managing SaaS deployments.
• Understanding of networking, monitoring, and observability.

Responsabilidades

• Work with the latest AWS technologies like Kubernetes (EKS), S3, Postgres, DocumentDB, and more.
• Manage our AWS production deployments (SaaS) running on AWS EKS.
• Design and develop tools for managing and applying DevOps principles, such as CI/CD automation and IaC on our Cloud-based production systems.
• Work with the team to enhance production stability, availability, and reliability.
• Install, configure, update and troubleshoot our product microservices and tools including databases
• Design and manage different monitoring and observability tools for troubleshooting and resolving production issues.

We have a position for a DevOps Engineer with passion for automation and next-gen infrastructure. We are constantly growing both in product and in customers, and you’ll have a leading role getting us there!

Responsibilities

• Work with the latest AWS technologies like Kubernetes (EKS), S3, Postgres, DocumentDB, and more.
• Manage our AWS production deployments (SaaS) running on AWS EKS.

• Work with the team to enhance production stability, availability, and reliability.

Required Skills And Experience

• 5+ years of relevant DevOps work experience in Production environments
• Strong working experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Drone, Jenkins, GitHub actions or similar)
• Strong IT background.
• A deep understanding and familiarity with:
• Networking: K8S ingress, services, and Load Balancers
• AWS services, EKS, Postgres, S3, Mongo, SES, SNS, SQS.
• Experience in automated deployment and infrastructure.
• Knowledge and experience with alerting and monitoring tools.
• Additional programming languages like NodeJS - An advantage
• Results-driven with strong commitment to complete tasks

• Our salary range reflects gross base salary. For commercial roles with commission eligibility, this figure represents On-Target Earnings (OTE), inclusive of base salary and target commission.
• Salary ranges are quoted in USD as a consistent global reference. Your offer will be localized to your country's currency using a market-aligned conversion.
• Final pay is based on objective, job-related criteria including experience, skills, and location.
