BairesDev is seeking a Data Governance Engineer to build and manage enterprise-wide data catalogs, lineage, and governance processes. You’ll collaborate with data teams to define metadata standards, ensure security controls, and improve asset discoverability across the organization.

This role is 100% remote, with flexible hours and strong USD compensation. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in data engineering or governance, hands-on experience with Atlas/Collibra/Alation, and excellent English

• 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Governance, or Data Management.
• Proven expertise in building and managing data governance infrastructure, including data catalogs and lineage.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Apache Atlas, Collibra, or Alation.
• Strong understanding of data classification, access controls, and compliance standards.
