VaynerMedia LATAM in Lima, Peru is seeking a Creator who lives online and eats culture for fast-paced content across platforms. You’ll turn moments into native content, ideate at scale, and drive engagement with authentic storytelling.

Based in Lima, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, shoot and edit your own content, and stay ahead of trends in Peru’s vibrant internet landscape. If you’re obsessed with content that matters, we want to meet you.

Formación

• Strong end-to-end content creation skills: idea → execution → final piece.
• Experience with video, writing, art, or design.
• Proficiency with social platforms and trends.
• Based in Lima with local culture knowledge.

• Autonomously ideate and create large volumes of content across multiple platforms & formats
• Turn cultural moments, trends and internet conversations into relevant content
• Create work that builds real connections with consumers — measured by attention, engagement and impact
• Analyze real-time performance and optimize content based on learnings
• Collaborate cross-functionally on rapid-fire requests & tight timelines
• Partner with Creative Strategists on community responses & real-time opportunities
• Participate in brainstorms, kick-offs & creative strategy conversations — always bringing ideas to the table

A creator who understands Peruvian culture, lives online, moves at internet speed, and can turn ideas into content before the trend is even fully trending.

What will you do?

• Autonomously ideate and create large volumes of content across multiple platforms & formats
• Turn cultural moments, trends and internet conversations into relevant content
• Create work that builds real connections with consumers — measured by attention, engagement and impact
• Analyze real-time performance and optimize content based on learnings
• Collaborate cross-functionally on rapid-fire requests & tight timelines
• Partner with Creative Strategists on community responses & real-time opportunities
• Participate in brainstorms, kick-offs & creative strategy conversations — always bringing ideas to the table

What are we looking for?

• Based in Lima, Perú, with a strong understanding of local culture, trends and internet behavior
• Background in video, writing, art, design — or equivalent hands-on creative experience
• Someone who is genuinely plugged into TikTok, Instagram and emerging social formats
• Strong end-to-end content creation skills: idea → execution → final piece
• Experience with tools such as Adobe Suite, After Effects, Final Cut, Canva or similar
• Comfortable shooting and editing your own content
• A self-starter mindset: responsible, accountable and proactive
• Strong collaboration skills across teams & departments
• Ability to move quickly without sacrificing creative thinking
