Magna International is seeking an OCM Coordinator to provide coordination and execution support across Organizational Change Management initiatives. You will prepare communications, manage scheduling, maintain trackers, and support day-to-day delivery, enabling senior specialists to focus on strategy and stakeholder alignment.
Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in a coordination or similar role, strong organization and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools.

The OCM Coordinator provides coordination and execution support across Organizational Change Management initiatives. This role supports the OCM team by preparing and coordinating change communications, managing scheduling and logistics, maintaining trackers, and supporting day-to-day delivery activities-enabling Change Management Specialists to focus on strategy, stakeholder alignment, and adoption.
This role does not own change strategy or stakeholder engagement but plays a key role in ensuring consistent, timely, and high-quality execution of change activities across initiatives and is an important part of the overall change management team.
