What You’ll Be Doing

Clinic Operations & Set-Up

Ensuring the clinic is beautifully presented and ready each day

Overseeing daily operations and supporting the team

Maintaining an inviting, client-centred environment

Managing client records, inventory, and appointment systems

Assisting with basic bookkeeping (Xero experience is highly preferable)

Invoicing

Marketing & Social Media

Helping shape our brand message and online presence

Assisting with social media planning, posting, and engagement

Supporting marketing campaigns and events

Leadership

Being the central point of coordination for staff and clients

Helping maintain our friendly, heartfelt clinic culture

Keeping the energy positive, calm, and professional
