Campbell Page is excited to be one of the successful providers for the Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) contract. We’re seeking experienced, people‑first Business Managers to lead site operations, build strong teams, and deliver life‑changing outcomes.

The Role

As a Business Manager, you’ll be the engine room of our service delivery across multiple sites in Melbourne’s western suburbs including Melton, Point Cook, Sunshine, Taylors Lakes and Werribee. You’ll:

  • Lead your local sites to achieve placement, outcome, and compliance targets.
  • Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team to support participants’ employment journeys.
  • Build and nurture local employer and community partnerships.
  • Ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations across caseloads, site performance, and team capacity.
  • Implement strategies that drive caseload growth, quality service, and long‑term outcomes.
What You’ll Bring
  • Experience in employment services (e.g. DES, Workforce Australia) or similar.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Track record of achieving KPIs and developing others.
  • Ability to resolve conflict, manage multiple priorities, and lead with integrity.
  • Successful at managing participant and stakeholder networks (internal & external).
  • Passion for empowering people with disability, illness or injury to succeed.

Must‑Haves

The right to work in Australia (no restrictions)

  • Willing to obtain a Working with Children Check and Criminal History Check
  • Current driver’s licence
  • Intermediate computer skills in MS Office
  • Relevant qualifications such as a Certificate IV in Employment Services, Certificate III Disability Services, or similar, would be considered advantageous, but are not essential.
