Qualifications

• BA/BS in Technical, Scientific or Business field required.
• 1–2 years of experience in project management, data analysis, business analysis, and information integration preferably in a clinical supply chain setting.
• Knowledge and experience working in a GMP/GCP environment.
• Proficiency in document management practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; able to present ideas to diverse audiences.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, OneNote, Teams and SharePoint skills.
• Operational knowledge of SQL and data visualization; strong technical writing skills.
• Experience with system validation / software development lifecycle (SDLC) is a plus.
• Root cause analysis experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

**Use Your Power for Purpose**The role of Business Analyst will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, working closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for data-driven decision-making and process improvement. This role will help shape our analytics strategy and drive the implementation of innovative solutions using data analytics and AI technologies. This role requires providing support across other global time zones based on business need, specifically from 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m Philippine Time or 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Philippine Time (equivalent to 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. U. S.
