Brand Communications Specialist - Indonesia

Your role

Candidate must hold a valid work visa for the country/region where the position is located. We are looking for someone who can build an emotional connection between the brand and its users - someone who, in the AI-powered era, crafts content that makes our brand stories resonate across global markets and ensures every piece of communication precisely reaches the hearts and minds of users.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand content and creative planning: contribute to brand campaign ideation and brand narrative planning, learning how to translate brand value into compelling content.
• AI-assisted content production: leverage AI tools for copywriting, visual asset generation, and multilingual content localization to improve content production efficiency.
• Communications execution and management: support social media operations, KOL partnerships, and channel communications, gaining exposure to end-to-end communications management.
• Media relations: support media relations maintenance, PR campaign planning, public sentiment monitoring, and crisis management, building hands-on understanding of brand public relations.
• Work location: Malaysia/Indonesia.

What do we expect

Qualifications

• Class of 2027, bachelor's degree or above; all majors welcome (communications, advertising, Chinese, foreign languages, psychology, sociology, and related fields). We value creative thinking and a strong sense of content above any specific major.
• Experience in campus media, content creation, student club publicity, or brand projects, with demonstrated copywriting or campaign planning ability.

Preferred Qualifications

• A sharp eye for brand insight: the ability to quickly grasp brand tonality, keenly capture user emotions and cultural trends, and ensure every piece of communication truly speaks to users.
• A genuine passion for content creation: a love for words and creativity, the ability to move people through storytelling, and skill in translating complex product value into clear, resonant brand content.
• A drive for AI exploration: familiarity with AI creation tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Runway, and the ability to integrate AI into the content production workflow to accelerate creative output without compromising quality.
