Are you a proven leader in manufacturing or heavy industry, ready to take ownership of a growing branch? We’re seeking a Branch Manager to drive operational excellence, lead a dedicated team, and deliver strong commercial outcomes in our southern operations.
Lead. Grow. Make an Impact
Oversee Service, Sales, Aftermarket, and Administration functions.
Balancing finance and operational targets, through strategic vision and day-to-day execution.
Manage talent development and hands‑on mentoring.
Build strong customer relationships through service and technical support.
Participate in sales tendering and sales support presentations.
Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
5+ years’ management experience in manufacturing, heavy industry, or industrial maintenance.
Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Business Management, or Commerce (preferred) and/or strong mechanical aptitude and technical knowledge.
Proven leadership skills with a track record of team development and strategic planning.
A leadership style that inspires performance and accountability.
Proven sales and customer service capability
High degree of professionalism with excellent negotiation, analytical, and relationship‑building skills.
Flexibility to travel regionally, interstate, and occasionally overseas.
