A vibrant restaurant is looking for an experienced Bar Manager to oversee bar operations and provide exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of management experience in a high volume bar environment and must possess strong leadership and administrative skills. A current RMLV certificate and an Approved Managers license are essential. This full-time position offers an opportunity for long-term employment, with late nights and weekends required.

We are looking for an experienced Bar Manager to join our vibrant team of industry professionals. Previous experience is absolutely essential along with extensive bar and restaurant service.

The successful candidate MUST HAVE:

• Minimum 2 years management experience, as well as hands on high volume bar service experience
• Hands on management style
• The ability to work as a team player
• Key understanding of experience fusing food, beverage, music and service
• Exceptional customer service, leadership and motivational skills
• Availability to work late nights and weekends
• Administrative skills including budgeting, rostering and stock control
• Good knowledge of OLGR and industry regulations
• Security management experience
• Current RMLV certificate AND Approved Managers license (negotiable)
