Bluelight is seeking an ETL Data Engineer to join its data engineering team in Peru. You will design, develop, and maintain data integration processes using Python (PySpark) and Azure Synapse to ensure accurate analytics data for stakeholders.

Collaborate with data scientists and analysts, implement data quality checks, optimize pipelines for performance, and contribute to data governance, security, and documentation in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with certifications in data engineering are a plus.
• Proven experience building ETL pipelines with PySpark and Python.
• Strong SQL skills and data warehousing knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain ETL data pipelines using Python PySpark in Azure Synapse.
• Design data warehouses with star schemas and facts/dimensions.
• Extract data from REST APIs, SQL tables, and CSV files.
• Optimize notebooks/pipelines for scalability and performance.
• Implement data quality checks and governance processes.
• Monitor ETL jobs, troubleshoot issues, and document data flows.
