GRiT Solutions is seeking an experienced Cloud Architect (Azure) specialized in Data & AI for a banking sector project. You will design, secure, and optimize high-performance cloud data architectures and AI ecosystems, aligning with strict regulatory standards.

Required: 4+ years designing scalable Azure data infra, hands-on with Azure AI services, AKS, and Azure Container Apps. Certifications in Azure data/architecture are a plus, with a strong emphasis on secure, compliant deployments.

Job Description: Cloud Architect (Azure) specialized in Data & AI platforms for a project in the banking sector. Responsible for designing, securing, and optimizing high-performance, resilient, and cost-effective cloud data architectures and AI ecosystems aligned with strict financial regulatory standards.

Must-Have:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience designing and managing scalable, high-availability cloud data and infrastructure architectures on Azure
• Hands-on experience architecting solutions with Azure AI Services
• Strong familiarity or hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Fabric
• Practical experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Azure Container Apps for hosting data/AI workloads
• Demonstrated ability to design secure environments compliant with banking sector regulatory standards and data privacy frameworks
• High level of autonomy, analytical/critical thinking, strict attention to detail, and strong communication skills to align business requirements with technical execution

Would be great if you have:

• Official Azure Data, AI, or Architecture certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert / AZ-305, Azure Data Engineer Associate / DP-203, or Azure AI Engineer / AI-102)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field
• Practical experience in cloud cost optimization strategies (FinOps) and automated deployment (IaC/DevOps) for Data & AI pipelines
