Job summary

HAGE Sondermaschinenbau GmbH in Obdach offers an apprenticeship in Machining Technology (m/w/d) starting September 2027. The 3.5-year program combines hands-on training in our shop with school work, gradually moving from practice tasks to real customer projects on worldwide machines.

You learn shaping of workpieces, programming CNC processes, process monitoring, and quality measurement, with early responsibility and strong mentorship. A 4-day workweek and flexible hours support your development.

Apprentice – Machining Technology (m/w/d)

Before a HAGE special-purpose machine can be assembled, every individual component has to fit precisely.As an apprentice machining technician, you produce precision components for our special-purpose machines and program the processes used to manufacture them. You work with conventional machine tools and modern CNC systems.

Your apprenticeship lasts 3.5 years and combines practical training at HAGE with vocational school.

You will learn the basics in our own apprenticeship workshop. After that, you will gradually start manufacturing components for real customer projects and special-purpose machines that are used around the world.
